Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy & Illness Transfer Policy We understand that life happens, and your child’s health is our top priority. In order to ensure a smooth experience for all families, we have the following policies in place: Cancellations: All enrollments are final. We do not offer refunds for classes once payment has been made. Illness Transfer: If your child is unable to attend a class due to illness, we are happy to offer a one-time transfer to another class within the same term, provided we are notified in advance. Class Availability: Class transfers are subject to availability. Transfers must be requested no later than 24 hours before the missed class. No-show Policy: If your child is absent from class and no notice is given, the class will be forfeited with no opportunity for transfer. Cancellation by The Creative Hut NJ: In the unlikely event that The Creative Hut NJ needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, (e.g., weather conditions, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment), you will be notified immediately, and we will offer the following options: Full Refund: you will receive a full refund for the cancelled class or Rescheduling: You may choose to transfer to another session or class (subject to availability) Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to creating a fun and safe learning experience for your child! Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions for The Creative Hut NJ - Arts & Crafts Classes for Children 1. Introduction Welcome to The Creative Hut NJ Program. By registering for and participating in our arts and crafts classes for children, you (the parent/guardian) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling your child. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from registering for our classes. 2. Program Overview The Creative Hut NJ offers arts and crafts classes designed for children of ages 4-12. These classes involve hands-on projects and activities that foster creativity and artistic expression. All classes are conducted under the supervision of trained instructors. 3. Enrollment and Registration ● Eligibility: Children between the ages of 4-12 are eligible to participate in our arts and crafts classes. ● Registration: Registration must be completed online via our website or in person. A completed registration form is required.
